Our Story

We are Anna Khan-van Veelen from the Netherlands, Aamir Khan Pathan from India, and Bryan Kanagasabapathy from the Netherlands. Together, we are the driving forces behind NJK One World, Every Child, in collaboration with NJK Talents.

In January and May 2025, and again in August 2026, our travels through
Sri Lanka and India opened our eyes to the harsh realities of poverty. We met children full of potential bright, eager, and resilient yet held back by a lack of basic necessities. These experiences touched us deeply and changed our perspective, inspiring us to make a meaningful difference.

Rooted in compassion and community, we founded NJK One World, Every Child to create lasting, positive change. Our vision is simple yet powerful: every child deserves a chance.

Our Mission

Our mission is to give vulnerable children in need a voice, access to opportunities, and a safe environment where they can grow up surrounded by love, trust, and dignity.

Our Goal

Our goal is to provide consistent support to children in need through direct assistance, raising awareness, building partnerships with organisations, and promoting sustainable solutions that improve their well-being and future prospects.

Examples of actions that support this goal include:

• Supporting or launching projects focused on education, nutrition, and child safety.

• Volunteering and organising awareness campaigns.

• Organising fundraising activities and donation drives.

• Mentoring children and providing emotional support to help them thrive.
